Should the DAO allocate some funds for the upcoming 2 years Anniversary?

Hello Cats,

As some of you may know, the Mutant Cats 2 years anniversary is just around the corner.

To celebrate this achievement, the team, in cooperation with our amazing group of whales, are proposing a special one time anniversary reward to all active holders.

Options:

• Option 1: Allocate 30 ETH from the vault for a celebratory holders only event during the 2023 anniversary event. (Roughly 2% of DAO assets)

• Option 2: Allocate 45 ETH from the vault for a celebratory holders only event during the 2023 anniversary event. (Roughly 3% of DAO assets)

• Option 3: Do not approve any additional DAO resources on the anniversary event.

Quick notes:

• Due to the nature of this vote, NO APE voting rewards will be issued for this vote.

• This does not affect the cat buyback program. We will continue to keep adopting cats.

• Rewards via this initiative would only be allocated to those cat(s) that voted.

• If the funds are approved, 5 ETH will be set aside for promotional events through the anniversary month.
