Should we sell some of our NFTs?

This time we want to ask the community about selling the following NFTs:

• Cool Cats - the OG purchases for the DAO, but the project has been close to abandoned.
• Mocca - we are in the money and we're not able to participate in the community and its benefits due to Gnosis
• Sandbox - we'll keep a 3x3 piece where our Mutant world is developed but we can divest 3 parcels of 3x3 which we don't use and cannot farm for SAND
• Koda - we have no assurances that this metaverse will ever be developed fully and live
• X-COPY - an art piece that has very low liquidity
• Punk - a collection that has maintained its value better than others. Has historical value to some, but also no guarantee that we will see it valued as highly as it was in the past

(Note: We would continue to keep the Apes and the Mutants as they still generate good yield by staking and some of them are used in the comic).

Why?

Due to the ongoing NFT market conditions, the team has been discussing an initiative to further reduce the treasury’s NFT holdings. It is our feeling that DAO's NFT vault has not shown that is a useful tool to attract and retain new holders in the MC community. Our preference is to instead concentrate our holdings into stronger liquid tokens like ETH and SOL that can be easily staked and thus create ongoing benefit to the DAO.

What will we do with the liquidity?

Any proceeds from the sales will be sent to our vault and we will stake them for now.

OPTIONS There would be 3 options for this vote:

• Option 1: Sell all NFTs (llisted above).
• Option 2: Sell all the NFTs but keep the Punk.
• Option 3: Do not sell any NFT.
