Should the DAO extend the term for the team to continue to manage the project and MC IP initiatives?

It's time to vote, in this occasion we will be using the ranked voting method, meaning you will need to rank the 3 options in any order you want.

The options are:

1. Continue Project Development and Extend Term for 9 months: Allows the team to continue working on IP development and managing both internal and external relationships. (This option would also maintain the current rewards of 0.01 ETH per cat per vote until the next renewal vote for that initiative)

2. Continue Project Development and Extend Term for 15 months but with partial capital unlock for a one time participation reward to all active holders: Allows the team to continue working on IP development and managing both internal and external relationships. This option includes a one-time reward pool of 250 ETH to be divided by all active voting members of the DAO on a per cat basis. Under this option ongoing voting rewards would be reduced by half to 0.005 ETH, per cat, per vote moving forward. This aligns with our commitment to return excess capital that is currently not needed for project management, IP development or community engagement directly to active participates of the DAO, while still allowing the project to have a healthy treasury for ongoing management and other potential opportunities. The longer term would also allow us to commit to IP initiatives with longer timelines, such as working on an animated series and/or other IP applications.

3. Stop ongoing project development. The Mutant Cats team would be retired and current official ongoing efforts to monetize the IP would cease. A formal plan to address all DAO assets would be created and if approved, all remaining tokens would be placed into a reward pool for active members.
