Should we approve the Marketing Promotion Budget?

SUBJECT The Marketing BusyGroup is requesting approval to create a community wallet funded with 10 ETH to facilitate promotions, giveaways, raffles, events and deliver on all promises to previous contest winners.

• Discord giveaways and raffles
• Art and meme contests
• Twitter giveaways and promos
• Cross project collabs and trades
• Discord events and parties
• 1/1 co-branding opportunities
• Poker Tournament Prize Pools
• Merch drops and prizes

The budget will be handled by Marketing and Mods Teams.

BENEFITS Having immediate access to DAO funds for marketing allows us to be nimble and act quickly when good marketing opportunities present themselves. It also allows us to plan and budget for events without having to rely on devs or the primary multisigs in order to make small and quick transactions on behalf of the community.

BUDGET FOR APPROVAL Withdraw 10 ETH from the Mutant Cat DAO Treasury to fund the Community Wallet.

SUMMARY Create and fund a Community Wallet with 10ETH to use it in Community Managment activities, giveaways, contest, tournaments, collabs, etc.

The wallet will be operated by a team of Moderators and Marketing members.
