Should DAO keep buyingback Cats at discounted prices?

Hey there, This time we are proposing to appropriate 100 ETH from our funds to be used for a "buyback" to reduce the stock of outstanding MC tokens. That amount would not be used at once, but slowly and at no predetermined schedule, only when the MC token is trading at a significant discount to its intrinsic value in order to reward long-term holders.
