NTF NYC 2023 Budget Proposal

It is time for us to start planning our presence and engagement level for NTF NYC 2023. The conference will take place April 12-14, in New York City.

In order to secure our official sponsorship and participation at the currently discounted rates we would like to approve a general budget early so we can plan and organize things in advance and be as efficient as possible.

To that end we would like to propose a total initial budget for the event of $35k USDC. This would include our event sponsorship, entry passes, a scheduled offsite MC meetup event, props, banners, and all other promotional print materials.

The proposed budget would be a 33% reduction from last years budgets. All major expenses will be tracked and documented and any unused budget would remain in the DAO treasury.
