Should we accept the Boards nominee @Goaty as a new member of our Multisig Team?

As many of you are already aware, coordinating Multisig transactions has been a major obstacle for the ongoing management of this project. Multisig is an essential component to keeping our DAO and assets safe and secure, so it is our goal to try and work around these obstacles to the best of our ability. To that end, we have a busy few months ahead of us and the board would like to propose adding an additional emergency signer to the Multisig team to ensure that we always have the quorum needed to compete transactions in a timely manner.

The board would like to nominate @Goaty#6355 to this emergency multi-signer position. Goaty is currently our largest token holder (+250 Cats) and has been a devote supporter of this project since its early days. Given the substantial investment she has made into the project we feel that she would be an ideal candidate to help safeguard our transactional processes.

This snapshot will ends at the same time as our "rebalance our APE Ecosystem proposal" so we can proceed as fast as possible with the transactions.
