Currently because volatility in the Sandbox land prices and the fall of ETH the prices of this lands have increases and fallen out of budget. This Snapshot has locked the prices of the sellers for the next hours so it doesn't increase more and we can finally buy a sandbox land.

About 6x6: This is a lot of space and it will take us months of constant development to fill it up. It's enough to start our project here.

Conclusion: N1 increased in price from 78 to 82 while ETH went down so it stayed the same. N2 increased too much in price for the plot not being that close to the axis área and being surrounded by smaller plots because another buyer is offering 97eth next week atm.
