General Community Engagement Budget Proposal.

After all the discussion around this proposal (S/o to those who participate in #Community-Engagement-Proposal) we are finally ready to put this to a vote.

This proposal asks for a monthly community engagement budget of UP TO $1000 ( or NFT/Merch equivalent).
 This budget will be used based on the feedback we received in the group discussion. Here are some examples of how it will be utilized:

• Cat of the Month: 1 free cat* to a community member who has been a valuable contributor to our community and project. (Participation in General Chat and Structure Discussion). The candidate will be nominated by the team, with the mod team providing most input.
• Vault Contributor of the Month: 1 free cat* to a community member that has successfully made a pitch for a new NFT purchase which the DAO executes on. Activities include presentations, AMAs and active participation to our #vault-discussion channel (at the discretion of the team).
• IRL events for holders only, such as happy hours or meetups (e.g. each month organize a holders' meet up in a different city around the globe).
• Virtual parties such as having a DJ on discord.
• Design contest: Reward for Best design for a t-shirt or other merch that the community approves.
• Online games: small rewards for winners of community games such as Trivia, Gartic and others.

*the free MC reward would be reviewed if MC floor exceeds 0.25 ETH.
