Resolution for September 23rd Incident.

In the early morning Friday Sept 23 our Discord server was compromised and a malicious link was exposed to our community members. As a result some DAO members assets were compromised. Based on an active discussion in the community the DAO would like propose 4 possible options to react to this situation.

Option 1: Full personal responsibility to the end user and no compensation from DAO

Option 2: Shared responsibility with only MutantCat tokens returned to those affected. ( ~42 cats returned by DAO at an appx. cost 6.3eth)

Option 3: Shared responsibility with the return of all MutantCats plus 50% of other affected assets but capped at 0.5eth per address (appx cost 8.5eth)

Option 4: Return of 100% of all assets affected (apprx cost 24eth).
