MOD/SUPPORT Fund

Use DAO funds to acquire 5 Mutant Cats from OpenSea, move them to a wallet that everyone has access to view, stake them and distribute $FISH rewards every 2 weeks to team members. There are 30 people in total with Mod/Support Team roles in our server, meaning we would be splitting approx. 700 $FISH every two weeks among the 30 (unless people are removed from roles due to inactivity), netting less than 23 $FISH as payment when adding in gas fees. This is not a salary, but a bonus to keep morale and motivation high for the Moderators and Support Team members.
