This proposal seeks approval of a committee coordination policy describing communication practices and information-sharing standards.

The proposed changes do not expand the committee’s mandate and are limited to clarifying procedures within the scope of the existing mandate.

The policy applies exclusively to off-chain processes and does not authorize or imply any on-chain actions or protocol changes.

This is an objection-based vote. If objections raised during the voting period do not exceed the predefined threshold (5K LDO for proposals in the test space), the policy will be considered approved.
