[Test Objection Vote] Adoption of an Internal Decision-Making Framework

This proposal seeks approval to adopt an internal decision-making framework to guide how the committee documents, reviews, and records its decisions.

The framework is intended for internal coordination purposes only and does not modify governance authority, protocol parameters, or on-chain state.

The proposed changes do not expand the committee’s mandate and are limited to clarifying procedures within the scope of the existing mandate.

This is an objection-based vote. If objections raised during the voting period do not exceed the predefined threshold (5K LDO for proposals in the test space), the framework will be considered approved.
