[Test Objection Vote] Adoption of a Framework for Committee Reporting

This proposal seeks approval for a standardized framework for reporting decisions. The framework does not introduce new governance powers, enforcement mechanisms, or on-chain actions.

The proposed changes do not expand the committee’s mandate and are limited to clarifying procedures within the scope of the existing mandate.

This is an objection-based vote. If objections raised during the voting period do not exceed the predefined threshold (5K LDO for proposals in the test space), the framework will be considered approved.
