🗳｜MYIRA-IP-3｜Resolution to Open a Coinbase.com Account for Businesses

Overview

Coinbase is clearly the market leader for crypto exchanges within the United States. Having a Coinbase account will provide more options for us to convert fiat / crypto as needed.

Proposal

We propose that Jason Younker or Tyler Younker can open a business account at Coinbase.com "pToken iD MYIRA PBC LCA" dba "My IRA Fund". They can both be listed as authorized signers on this account.

Adding Additional Signers in the Future

We recognize the need for having additional signers. This is something that we can discuss in the future and after that discussion occurs a new proposal can be created for updating (adding) additional account signers.

Transferring of Funds

Any transferring of funds in or out of the Coinbase account in excess of $1,000 will require a separate proposal for authorization.
