Introducing an IDO mechanism to attract more participants in fair-launch agent token presales.

Summary:

This proposal aims to gather community feedback through voting on whether MyShell should consider incorporating IDO mechanism into Shell Launchpad.

Motivation / Problem Statement:

IDO has recently gained significant momentum on BSC (BNB Chain). From Binance Wallet's success in creating highly competitive IDO opportunities, to Four.meme's achievement in drawing substantial traffic through SKYAI presale, it's clear that BSC has abundant liquidity - what's missing is a focal point for community engagement.

Therefore, we propose implementing an IDO mechanism (or similar fair token distribution launch mechanism) to provide ecosystem participants with more opportunities to acquire quality tokens at early-stage prices.

Implementation Plan (If applicable):

• Smart contract development + audit (estimated 1+ month)
• Frontend and backend development (estimated 2-3 weeks, can be developed in parallel with smart contracts)
• Marketing campaign in the BSC community
