Enable Privacy Support for USD1 on ExpandZK

As ExpandZK continues to build the privacy infrastructure for stable and composable value systems, this proposal asks the community to decide whether USD1 should be integrated with Expand’s privacy layer.

If approved, USD1 will support shielded transfers and private balance visibility, enabling users to transact with full confidentiality while preserving cross-chain interoperability and DeFi composability.

This marks an important step in combining the stability of fiat-backed assets with the privacy of ZK technology - a foundation for the next generation of AI & DeFi economies.
