VOTE: Should the NAR-team do a special injection for NAR after the next halving (23rd of November 2020, 2pm UTC)?

After the community recommendation to decrease the emission rate on the stable pools, there is a leftover of 1,332,597.656 NAR that initially was allocated for the rewards for the pool. We would like to ask the NAR community of sailors to VOTE for this special injections into the current pools.

Current pool emission rates after the next halving:

• NAR/BNB 131250 NAR/week halved to 65625 NAR/week
• BUSD/BNB 6562.5 NAR/week halved to 3281.25 NAR/week
• USDT/BNB 6562.5 NAR/week halved to 3281.25 NAR/week
• DAI/BNB 6562.5 NAR/week halved to 3281.25 NAR/week

PROPOSED INJECTIONS for NON-NAR pools: For the BUSD/BNB, USDT/BNB and DAI/BNB pools, an extra 10,500NAR will be injected every week for 4 weeks. ⁃ Pool rewards = (Halved amount of the week) + 10,500NAR

PROPOSED INJECTIONS FOR NAR/BNB pool: For the NAR/BNB pool, an extra 200,500NAR will be injected every week for 6 weeks. ⁃ Pool rewards = (Halved amount of the week) + 200,500NAR

To vote, you will need to have rNLP of staking in the NAR/BNB pool (1 rNLP will equate to 1 NARHOLDER vote).

NOTE: To maintains some fairness, only rNLP stakes BEFORE the vote goes live are able to vote. Staked rNLP AFTER the vote goes live will not be able to vote.
