Precog once and for al.l.

Following on from Pik's vote, i dont think it was up long enough for people to really have any thought into it or vote and therefore i am going to outline a few options that everyone should vote on. We need to come to a solution for all parties.

Precog currently pay us $4,000 per month for what was outlined within our pitch deck and totally separate from our initial Seed investment. To be clear this was predominantly for support on managing a community which was expected to grow as we lead up to launch. Following delays and a market puke of which we advised to not launch, the launch has not happened since we got involved, and therefore the community is at a standstill.

The pitch deck does not include marketing support or content creation, although we did some at the start to assist grow some hype. They then wanted more, to which we replied with sure, pay us more, we will continue. They were not willing to and therefore we ended content right there. Precog paid us our 4k per month for 2 more months for doing very little to nothing apart from having calls and giving opinions.

The way it came across to me, what that its got the point where Precog are not going to pay us for managing a community whilst there isn't one to manage and therefore want us to do other things. The money isn't the issue, they are prepared to pay it, but they now want a tweet a day from us based on crypto related bits (Not news bits) and some videos.

I have spoken to Stackingwei and he is prepared to do the videos at $250 a video paid from the $4k we get providing they do the scripts (subject to change, based on hours and would need another vote). This will keep $3k going into our treasury. When the community comes back, we stop videos, tweets everything but community management. If they want the rest, they pay.

The tweets, i honestly think we can do between us all, if we all do 1 per week that easily covers their 7 tweets they want.

From here we have 2 options and i think it ends with one of these, but its all in guys on tweeting front, not 1 or 2 people doing it. And therefore i propose the following:

A - We go to Precog and say look, this is what we agreed and totally understand that right now there is no community. We have had a discussions in house and have made the decision that we are not prepared to do any marketing and are happy for you to stop the $4,000 (which they have already) and use that to employ someone to do what you want. When the community comes back, they can re employ if they wish.

B - We agree to what they want (1 video a week done by stacks and 1 tweet a day from the team) on the basis they do the scripts. We implement the inhouse payroll in order for the treasury to continue to grow but we do nothing until they pay $4k.

I have changed this vote to be open for 24 hours. In order for this vote to pass, we need a majority based on the number of votes placed.
