This proposal invites all founding members of the Network-First Manifesto to join an inaugural initiative aimed at mapping our collective strengths and fostering meaningful collaboration. It seeks to identify members’ areas of interest, availability, location, and preferred project pairings, then use these insights to create a dedicated Slack workspace where everyone can exchange ideas, share resources, and coordinate voluntary projects that emerge from the mapping results. Channels will be organized by themes and projects to encourage transparency and smooth collaboration, ultimately producing a clear, visual map of community interests and capabilities, evidence-based pairings to kick off joint initiatives, and a shared Slack environment where members can connect and bring projects to life. To launch this first collective effort, please vote to approve the proposal; once it is accepted, all members will receive a short questionnaire to capture their information, after which aggregated insights and suggested pairings will be shared, followed by the launch of the Slack workspace.
