"This project proposes the collaborative creation of a book that documents and advances the Network First paradigm by practicing it. The writing process itself becomes a living example of networked sensemaking, distributed authorship, and shared value creation. As more projects, practices, and patterns emerge across the network, this book offers a way to synthesize what we are learning into shared language, narrative coherence, and documented practice, capturing a living moment in the network’s evolution and allowing it to travel beyond the network itself. Scope and Deliverables: A published book (print + digital) This is a live experiment in value creation through collaborative freedom. Participation in the writing process is voluntary and oriented toward meaningful contribution in multiple forms, with clear expectations, attribution, and royalties shared among active contributors. Francisco Marin and Sarah de Sousa serve as Project Catalysts, supporting an emergent process through which coherence, process, and compensation are collectively established by participants."
