Network First Certification

Network First Certification is a proposed community initiative focused on developing a certification pathway that equips members with the knowledge, tools, frameworks, and practical experience needed to deliver the Network First methodology within organizations, in collaboration with the KM and L&D project. The program would combine training, case studies, community collaboration, and hands-on application across areas such as organizational network analysis, network place workplace design, the 8C framework, and other emerging Network First practices. Beyond providing a shared learning journey, the certification would create a common standard for practitioners, enabling organizations to identify qualified professionals capable of applying Network First principles while helping community members expand their impact, credibility, and opportunities to support network-based transformation efforts.
