Following the 30-Day Network-First Impact Challenge, we propose conducting an Active Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) to capture how collaboration unfolded across teams. This short, survey-based analysis will provide a data-driven view of the community’s internal dynamics, highlighting who connected ideas, fostered collaboration, and helped sustain momentum. The goal is not to evaluate individuals but to understand the network patterns that enabled impact: where trust and knowledge flow were strongest, where silos appeared, and how informal leaders emerged. By analyzing these relationships in aggregate, we can identify what worked best and apply those insights to future project configurations, ensuring that upcoming initiatives are built on balanced, diverse, and highly connected teams that maximize collaborative freedom and collective learning.
