"Culture" - and especially in this instance "Organizational Culture" - can be widely interpreted. It is important to the emerging NFM that the prevailing understanding of the term, Culture, be intentional and developed via Collaborative Freedom. Moreover, using said definition, a mirror might be held up to the NFM contingency to reflect what (organizational) cultural behaviors and values might be prevalent among us, to share with everyone in the “organization” and possibly to address as a change project should the consensus call for a modification of the status quo. Minimally, the outcomes of this project will be: 1. Definition of Culture as understood within NFM, to be included in the Glossary (in collaboration with Poetics project); and 2. Identify Organizational Culture instruments to assess NFM organizational culture (and report out on findings).
