Network First Pilot Projects

Creating small pilot experiments within organizations or communities trying different network-first models. For example: rotating “team leads,” open peer forums for decision making, time allocated for informal network building, etc.

From there we measure impact (employee satisfaction, delivery speed, innovation, burnout, etc.).

By doing this we can showcase what works in practice, not just theory.
