We could develop a structured learning program or toolkit for individuals & organizations to improve “network literacy”. Things like mapping your networks, diagnosing strengths/weaknesses, strategies to build trust, maintain informal ties, move across networks. We could include workshops, guided self-assessments, case studies.
This could help with fostering social capital, help people move more fluidly across open/closed/formal/informal networks. It also gives agency to build tangible & visible networks, not just assume them. Thoughts?
