Network Based Organizations Toolkit

This proposal is about developing a toolkit that an organization can use to test the feasibility of adoption of a network based governance and decision-making system in their own specific organizational context. So it might include a series of assessment to explore level of readiness, cultural and context analysis as well as gap/strengths analysis. Followed by new system emergence and configuration pathways, enriched by key indicators to measure efficacy and growth.
