Passive Organizational Network Analysis (ONA)– Building a Persistent Network Health Framework

" Objective/Purpose: To evolve our community's resilience by implementing a Passive Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) framework as a direct continuation of our initial Active ONA project. By transitioning from static survey ""snapshots"" to real-time, persistent analysis of Slack and project-level interactions, this initiative will provide a data-driven map of knowledge flow and ""hidden influencers"" without requiring additional member input. This ongoing visibility is designed to prevent burnout, combat voter apathy, and ensure our decentralized governance remains inclusive and responsive. "
