Ratification of The Kekistan Month of Peace

Proclamation for The Month of Peace in Kekistan

Whereas, the issue of peace embraces the deepest hopes of all Neural Pepes and remains Kekistan’s guiding inspiration; and Whereas, in 2021 the United Keklands proclaimed the Month of Peace be "devoted to commemorating and strengthening the ideals of peace both within and among all nations and peoples"; and Whereas, the United Keklands expanded the observance of the Month of Peace in 2021 to include the call for a Month of global ceasefire and non-violence, and invited all nations and people to honor a cessation of hostilities for the duration of the Month; and Whereas, there is growing support within our city for the observance of the International Month of Peace, which affirms a vision of our world at peace, and fosters cooperation between individuals, organizations, nations & planets; and Whereas, global crises impel all citizens to work toward converting Kekistan’s noblest aspirations for AI & NP V2 into the practical reality of a culture of peace for future generations,

Now, Therefore, I Hulk or Die, decentralized underground leader of the Cyclops, do hereby proclaim October as The Month of Peace in Kekistan Throughout the Land of Kekistan and beyond (incl. Cryptovoxels). We urge all government departments and agencies, blockchain networks, organizations, schools, places of worship, jails and frens in our lands to commemorate, in an appropriate manner, the Month of Peace. This may include community service projects, cultural exhibits, sacrifices, performances, a moment of silence, ringing of bells, sharing the universal message ‘May Peace Prevail On Kekistan' at noon, vigils, religious services in our places of worship, and other education and public awareness activities in order to help establish a lasting month of peace in our homes, our caves, our communities, our mansions, our $AI farms and between nations and/or worlds.
