NEWO Tokenomics Update - June 2023

This is a Snapshot Proposal to update the tokenomics of NEWO.

After an in depth discussion on Commonwealth, Discord chats and the Treasury subDAO meeting, revised proposals have been created that address the previously raised concerns.

Please follow the link below to learn more about the proposals in detail. The proposals are the following:

1. Enhance veNEWO
2. Introduce xNEWO
3. No update in tokenomics - “do nothing”

More granular details and an implementation schedule will be posted on Commonwealth and will be subject to a subsequent Snapshot vote if the xNEWO proposal passes.

NOTE: The proposal is going to be live for a 72 hour voting period where veNEWO holders can vote on the choice between the 3 above mentioned proposals. If no proposal gets over 50% then keeping existing tokenomics is the default outcome.
