NOIP1: Halborn Security Expenses

Halborn is an industry leading blockchain security company that focuses on penetration testing, security advisory and smart contract vulnerabilities. To ensure that our security practices are in line with the most current standards, we have established a partnership with Halborn to provide their expertise and guidance. All of our contract audit and operational security needs will be satisfied by this engagement. The current engagement is for 12 months, during which Halborn will continually run penetration tests on our systems and will audit the smart contract code that New Order is built upon. During this period any security concerns and consultations that we should require for New Order, or any Incubated project would be promptly attained by Halborn. The engagement comes at a necessary cost of $50k per month for the contracted period, and will be charged to the treasury.
