Lower NFBee limit to create proposal
Because the bear market hit it might be a good idea to lower the 25 NFbeez requirement to create a proposal.
I propose to lower it to 13 NFBeez. Anyone who owns 9- 13 NFBeez can create a proposal and help us continue building the project
