Allow for Full legendary and Mystics to have more voting power

Putting a proposal out here to see if the community would allow for weighted NFT voting.

Each NFBee would have an equivalent of 1 vote but full legendary and full Mystics would have a bit of extra weight on their vote value.

1 NFT - 4 legendary or less - 1 Vote 1 NFT - 5 Mystic Stats- 5 votes 1 NFT - 5 Legendary Stats - 10 Votes

There are a total of 32 Full Legendary / Mystic NFTs in the entire collection (2525). This would also give it a little extra boost in collection power.
