[NIP-021] NFTEarth Evolution 404 Temp Check

Summary

In the spirit of constant innovation and keeping with the times, the core team has discussed the idea and would now like to propose a temp check of NFTEarth transforming into a protocol governed entirely onchain, controlled by tokenholders and stakers of the token and NFTs (NFTFi application to be deployed), and accessible only through token gated mechanisms. Embracing the new ERC-404 essence of a file not being found on a server, the team feels the time has come for a protocol and DAO to take this step and be ran entirely free of centralization of any sort.

The contract ownership of the token has already been renounced by the Multisig, meaning there are only 1 billion tokens that can ever possibly exist (technically less than this as some have been burned or sent incorrectly cross-chain).

Conclusion

If the community is in favor of this, then all the formal steps and processes to complete this will be thoroughly communicated in advance and another vote ratifying the specifics will be set to occur.
