🌐 The Rewards Function is being introduced as a part of the NFT Aggregator social features. 🌐Collections creators and projects will sponsor rewards for their specific projects or collections. 🌐These sponsored rewards are intended to incentivize users to interact more with specific campaigns or collections.

🌐For the DAO voting concerning the distribution of rewards in the NFT Aggregator's social features, two options are proposed. Here's a breakdown and calculation for each:

Option 1: Enhanced Rewards for NFT Holders

• Scenario: 50 winners share a reward pool of 500 USDT.
• Special Condition for NFT Holders: NFT holders receive double the hashrate compared to normal users. This implies that if an NFT holder wins, they get a larger share of the rewards.
• Calculation: Assuming there are 10 NFT holders among the 50 winners:
  • Each NFT holder is treated as 2 winners due to their double hashrate.
  • This makes the effective number of winners 60 (40 normal users + 20 for the NFT holders).
  • Each portion of the reward is now 500 USDT / 60 = 8.33 USDT.
  • Normal users receive 8.33 USDT each.
  • NFT holders receive double, so 16.66 USDT each.

Option 2: Separate Pool for Sharkie NFT Holders

• Scenario: The same 50 winners and a 500 USDT reward pool.
• Allocation for Sharkie NFT Holders: 10% of the reward pool is set aside exclusively for Sharkie NFT holders.
• Calculation:
  • 10% of 500 USDT is 50 USDT, which is reserved for Sharkie NFT holders.
  • The remaining 450 USDT is distributed among the 50 winners, resulting in 9 USDT per winner.
  • The 50 USDT reserved for Sharkie NFT holders is distributed at the end of the season. The distribution method among Sharkie NFT holders is not specified (equally, based on the number of NFTs held, etc.).

Notice: YOU DON'T HAVE TO HOLD SHARKIE NFT TO EARN THESE REWARDS. Interacting with the campaign is also eligible for rewards. This means that all users, regardless of NFT ownership, have the opportunity to participate and win in the rewards program.
