NFTX Proxy Vote on FloorV2 War #4—9

As part of XIP#52, NFTX DAO has defined the strategy for voting with the locked up Floor tokens creating a sweep power of 36k votes. This snapshot is the first to define the sweeping allocation from the current War#4 -> War#9 when the vote will be recast on snapshot.

These results of this snapshot will be applied to the current Floor War https://floor.xyz/wars/4 and will roll over for future sweeps until the next successful sweeping vote update scheduled to be run for War #9.

Quorum Minimum Quorum: More than 10% of circulating, non-treasury NFTX must participate for a proposal to Pass.
