This proposal is intended to extend Bart his position as a Senior DevOps Engineer for an additional 6 month period, to continue his work optimizing NFTX Infrastructure, improving systems operations, security, and assisting in the ongoing development work.
After the 6 months period ends, when there is a mutual interest to extend the position, a new proposal will have to pass through governance for extension of the position. Rationale
Bart has proven to be an invaluable asset to the core team in the past three months. His unique skill set has made a significant impact on our preparations for the launch of NFTX v3. We would like to extend his position for an additional 6 months, as we risk slowing down the release and missing out on his expertise if we don’t.
Bart’s proficiency in infrastructure and systems operations fields has greatly improved our team’s efficiency, allowing us to operate more smoothly. He has gone above and beyond by developing an automated deployment process for our NFTX API, saving us time and ensuring reliability. Additionally, Bart has taken the lead in integrating the universal router API for NFTX v3. Furthermore, he has made significant contributions to our infrastructure by undertaking the refactoring of our Graph setup and RPC nodes, optimizing their performance, reliability, and enhancing scalability.
Rehiring Bart is essential to maintain the momentum we have achieved so far building out the next upgrade for NFTX.

To appoint Bart for 6 months, we’d like to offer him the following competitive package, for which funds are required from the DAO treasury. The engagement will be three days per week for six months.
The total remuneration for the will be $75k, $60k paid in USDC as part of a sablier stream and $15k paid up-front in NFTX at spot price.
These funds will be paid upfront after the vote passes and Bart commits part-time. Extension of his position after 6 months at NFTX will require a new proposal.
