Create small DAO committee for quick movement decisions

The NFT space and prices of NFTs both move quickly and may have strong fluctuations. A few NFZ community members have suggested that a small group be formed that have the freedom to make quick decisions for small size transactions and avoid the longer vote time necessary.

For consideration: This vote is to determine whether a committee should be formed. If the majority agrees, then there will be a selection process for the committee at a later point. The committee would be able to make decisions up to a certain price point without an official DAO vote.

NFZ Team Recommendation: The team does not recommend the creation of a committee for full transactional decisions. We believe that decisions should be carefully thought out collectively. Instead, the NFZ team would like to propose that the committee be responsible to approve only MINTING new projects.
