DAO Strategy - Zombie Approach

This vote is to determine a GENERAL approach for our DAO as it relates to the zombie theme. We are not solely bound by only doing transactions based on this final vote because special circumstances can arise, but this helps establish the mindset for our DAO early on so we can filter opportunities and have more focus.

For consideration: Making a zombie themed DAO sets us up to be unique, but could potentially limit us from market opportunities. Zombie traits generally are rare within NFT collections, but some collections don't have any.

Choice 1 - Maintain as zombie DAO - find opportunities but 75%+ of the items in the DAO will be zombie themed.

Choice 2 - No theme - it's all about increasing the collection value as a whole.

How each choice plays out with a real world EXAMPLE: Choice 1 (Maintain as zombie DAO) - mint a Karafuru and eventually sell to use to buy a zombie themed NFT or a better market opportunity if the collection is 75%+ zombies already. Choice 2 (No theme) - Hold the Karafuru long term or eventually sell for a better market opportunity.

NFZ Team Recommendation: Choice 1 - Keep to the Zombie theme to build up our profile and uniqueness amongst the sea of other DAOs
