Legendary 1/1 NFZ distribution method

Due to changes to our collection amount, a three legendary 1/1s had to have their ID numbers updated and ended up getting minted by the NFZ team. These legendaries will be evenly awarded/distributed to the Casino, School, and Unassigned holders (1 for each category).

The last 1/1 NFZ sold for a high of 0.6 ETH, and our team has hinted at rarity being a factor in the third location.

For the 1/1 for the School, we will vote on how this gets distributed.

NFZ team recommendation: The 1/1s are special and are best to be given to community members instead of sitting idle in our DAO collection. There are two options for how to distribute to a school member, and we have a slight preference for the raffle approach. For the second approach (award to owner of most School NFZs), this would be for a community member and exclude those held by the NFZ team themselves.
