Treasury Allocation Proposal #2

As suggested and highly requested by the community, we will be making our second treasury investment into a Nodes project.

While being a risky investment, their returns are high, mostly being around 1% daily yield, which will all be used to buyback $NIDO tokens and burn them, thus, creating volume, increasing the price and making the supply deflationary.
