This is a vote of approval or disapproval regarding the establishment of the Yamakoshi DAO (tentative), a new policy passed in the General Election for Digital Villagers held last year. Details of the proposal are as follows.

■ Proposal

The main purpose of the proposal is to establish a "Neo Yamakoshi Village", a community of people who share the values, culture, and traditions of Yamakoshi and to work together to make the Yamakoshi village a sustainable place to live.

• Establishment of “Neo Yamakoshi Village” and enactment of its rules and regulations

  The "Yamakoshi DAO (tentative)" will be named "Neo Yamakoshi Village" and be open to Nishikigoi NFT holders and residents of the Yamakoshi village. The terms and conditions of the agreement are referred to as the "Guides (Kokoroe)" and are below attached.

• Establishment of “Supporter DAO" to support Neo Yamakoshi Village and enactment of its rules and regulations

  Apart from the Neo Yamakoshi Village itself, the Neo Yamakoshi Village Supporter DAO (known as Supporter DAO) will be established, which is mainly to provide support to the Neo Yamakoshi village regarding the overall operations. The terms and conditions of the agreement are referred to as the "Rules (Okite)" and are below attached.

The proposal will be approved and implemented if there is a majority of votes in favor on the two things listed above.

昨年実施したデジタル村民総選挙において可決された新たな方針である「山古志DAO（仮）」の設立に関する可否を問います。以下、提案内容です。

■ 提案内容

山古志地域住民の暮らしや精神・価値観に共感する人々とともに、共感に基づいたコミュニティ"ネオ山古志村"を形成し、山古志地域の存続を目指したい。

• ネオ山古志村の設立及びその規約の制定

  「山古志DAO（仮）」を「ネオ山古志村」という名称とし、Nishikigoi NFT保有者と山古志地域住民が参加できるものとする。その規約を「心得」とし、以下に添付する。

• ネオ山古志村をサポートする「世話人DAO」の設立及びその規約の制定

  ネオ山古志村とは別に、ネオ山古志村世話人DAO（通称：世話人DAO）を設立し、世話人DAOはネオ山古志村の運営についてのサポートを行う。その規約を「オキテ」とし、以下に添付する。

上記２項目において賛成が過半数を上回る場合には、この提案は可決され、実行に移されます。
