Local DAO is an experiment that seeks to revitalize a local community that has its own unique traditional culture and embodies the possibilities of NFTs. We believe that we can create new value and solve the problems of the regions together, with the people of Tenryukyo and Shiiba village and all digital villagers in the NishikigoiNFT community.

The following is the proposal.

■ Proposal

Approval of "Tenryukyo, Nagano Prefecture" as a new Local DAO

Tenryukyo, one of the three most famous canyons in Japan, is a well-known region in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture.Although its vast nature has fascinated so many visitors, the number of tourists has been steadily declining in past years. To overcome these challenges, the Tenryukyo team seeks to envision a new way of tourism that is not the existing consuming type of tourism.

NOTE: The proposal will pass and be implemented if the number of valid votes on the above items is greater than 10% (290 votes this time) of the total and if the number of votes in favor is greater than the majority.

The person eligible to vote on this proposal must be a Nishikigoi NFT holder and must have held it before this proposal goes public.

新たなLocal DAO拠点：「長野県天龍峡」の承認可否

Local DAOは素晴らしい伝統文化を持ったローカルにおける、地域活性化とNFTの可能性を体現する取り組みです。今後、天龍峡の地域住民とNishikigoi NFT保有者と共に、地域課題の解決や新たな価値創造に取り組んでまいります。

以下、提案内容です。

新たなLocal DAOとして「長野県天龍峡」を承認

日本三大峡谷の一つとして名高い天龍峡 は、長野県飯田市にある景勝地です。その雄大な自然は多くの人を魅了していますが、旅行形態の変化等によって近年は、観光客数が減少しています。天龍峡では、こうした課題克服に向け、天龍峡では従来の消費型観光ではない新しい観光の在り方を描こうとしています。

※上記の項目において有効投票数が全体の10%（290票）以上であり、かつ賛成が過半数を上回る場合に、この提案は可決され、実行に移されます。
