Nominate servais.eth to Service Provider Stream for the creation of an ENS Hub

As ENS grows in popularity, with thousands of supporting apps and hundreds of thousands of users in web3, there's a pressing need for an ENS Hub to make sense of this expansion.

To address this, I propose two key initiatives:

1. Creating a user-friendly web application to showcase and explore apps, tools and services that support or are built on top of ENS.

2. Establishing "ENS Hub" on Twitter and Farcaster to engage with the community and share insights, updates, and success stories around apps building on top of ENS or that have integrated ENS.

The project will be driven by a compact and specialized team of three:

1. Lead Developer (Myself)
2. Designer (Contract Basis)
3. Copywriter / Community Builder (3-4 days/week)

I am requesting a budget of $100,000 USD per annum, in line with the minimum increment specified in the guidelines. This budget is intended to cover the costs associated with the development, design, and ongoing maintenance of the ENS Ecosystem Page. Additionally, it includes the expenses for content creation and the active management of our Twitter and Farcaster profiles, ensuring we engage effectively with the community.
