No No's - The Future of Minting

The team wants to move the minting process forward and get as many of the remaining No No's revealed.

We believe the project works best with a bigger population of No No's for several reasons. First, this gives holders that are excited and passionate about our project the opportunity to purchase and hold more No No's which means more voting power. This empowers individuals to be a voice and a part of the No No's brand. Further, the more voices and ideas we bring to the Spaceship, the better. We, as a team, thrive on bouncing ideas of others and bringing more of these to the space only makes for a bigger and better brand.

With all of this said, we propose a flash sale and subsequent airdrop to all holders to bolster the supply and reward holders that minted and held from the beginning.

What this will look like:

• Max supply to be minted will be reduced to 3k
• No No's mint price reduced to 0.03
• Minters will have two hours to mint at this reduced price (time to be announced)
• Minters that purchased at the legacy price (0.06) will be airdropped three (3) No No's for each No No held at the time of the snapshot. (if the 3k is not minted OG holders may receive more)
• Minters that purchased at the flash price (0.03) will be airdropped two (2) No No for each No No held at the time of the snapshot
• The airdrops for both the legacy and flash minters will only apply to those that have minted and held their No No's until the time of the snapshot.
• No No's purchased from the secondary market will be airdropped one (1) No No for each No No held a the time of the snapshot

What happens to the Treasure Hunt? The treasure hunt game will be honored, however, at a reduced reward. No No's that have a utility that rewards in $eth and $ape will be at half of the previously stated amount. No No's with the utility of obtaining a No No from the treasury will be awarded at the originally stated amount.

After this, minting will be closed permanently and the team will be able to focus on the roadmap and development of the No No's brand.

Our goal has, and will always be, giving power to the community to decide the future of this project. We believe this course of action promotes that while rewarding the people who have stood with us from the beginning.

There are three options to vote on:

1. Proceed with the flash sale mentioned and detailed above.
2. Keep minting at the current price and continue progression on roadmap items until sold out.
3. Stop the minting process and airdrop NFTs one for one to holders at the time of the snapshot.
