To whitelist $HEC, $TOR, $BOO, and #BEETS on Fusion

:: The Proposal

To whitelist $HEC, $TOR (both from Hector Network), $BOO (from SpookySwap), and $BEETS (from BeethovenX) on Fusion, to be traded using Fusion's proprietary liquidity aggregator mechanism on Fantom Opera Network.

:: Why?

1. To expand the scope of the projects supported by Fusion on Fantom Opera and enable its usage by broader communities within that network.

2. To support these projects and the network by expanding their exposure and trading vehicles.

3. All projects being whitelisted have proven to be legitimate, consistent, and reliable, greatly reducing risk exposure for Fusion, Nova Network, and our community, whilst also enhancing the amount of assets Fusion users have at their disposal to buy and sell.

4. To seek increase trading volumes and transactions being routed through Fusion on Fantom Opera, whilst also gaining exposure to broader communities.
