NIP-2: Staking Pools

This NIP (Nuke Improvement Proposal) proposes the possibility of providing incentives for $NUKE staking, either in solo mode or LP mode. By doing so we would be opening up more $NUKE tokens to the market and also going into price discovery mode in a very early stage.

It is important to note that the Aelin Pool was a pre-seed / angel round to bootstrap our dev efforts and treasury, with currently very little holders of $NUKE. There is an expectation to have a second, bigger token sale in the near future once our initial goals around contracts, audits and fee distribution are achieved.

So here are the options:

1. Start incentivise staking, details to be flushed out in a separate NIP
2. Do not start incentivised staking yet, its too early, wait until initial goals are met
