Dear Apes, This is our 2nd DAO vote, and it is with regard to something you have voted unanimously in favor in the past, and that is the implementation of a Blacklist System. We are moving to a new marketplace, MetaMirror, so now is the time to reclaim a high floor price!

For reference, here is how the vote was finalized.

So, as the community decided, we are here to deliver the implementation of a blacklisting feature, where holders of Apes that sell under a specific price, lose ALL benefits of being Oasis Apes holders. Here are examples of what they would lose:

-Loss of their EmeraldPad tier(very substantial perk). -Loss of all giveaway participation. -Loss of participation in all future collections. -Loss of participation in all airdrops( Valentine Apes Whitelist for example) -Loss of their DAO vote.(Their vote won't be taken into account), -Loss of all participation on platforms of our partner's (similar to EmeraldPad tier loss) -Loss of all future benefits of being an Oasis Ape holder. As you have seen, we have delivered our initial roadmap swiftly, as promised, and we will continue building bringing more and more perks to our holders.

The 2 options are as follows:

-300 $Rose Blacklist Price(this is our Public(not WL) mint price. -500 $Rose Blacklist Price.

Blacklisted wallets will be blacklisted immediately, and the wallets will be investigated, in case users try to create new wallets to bypass the system. We will implement a system to get off the whitelist, and it will include the user buying back a number of Apes(3-5).

Apes, you requested this, and we are delivering it. Knowing that we are moving to MetaMirror, now is the best time to help apes retain a very high floor price.
