Purchase OCM Genesis for the OCM DAO

The DAO will purchase some NFTs from the various OCM NFT collections to hold in its treasury: Genesis (floor only). These can be licensed by DAO projects, or used in whatever way creates value for the OnChainMonkey ecosystem.

This proposal requests 100 ETH from the treasury to buy the lowest-priced OCM Genesis available at the time of purchase. No OTC trades are permitted. The purchases will be spread over a period of time, and the purchases will not be announced in advance, in order to avoid influencing the price of the collections or trading behavior of market participants.
