Extend the term of the OCM Small Grants Committee for Season 1

This proposal requests an extension of the term of the OCM Small Grants Committee for Season 1, from the original three month period through October 31, to a five month period total through December 31, 2022, without any additional funds from the DAO. The OCM Small Grants Committee will use the remainder of its 20 ETH allocation from the original Season 1 allocation (~10 ETH balance remaining as of October 31), to disburse to projects at the Committee’s discretion that benefit the OCM ecosystem and further the theme of Season 1, which is “Building OCM Brand and Community.” If any ETH balance remains at the end of the term on December 31, 2022, it will be returned to the DAO treasury.

The Committee will retain the current members elected by the community as of the time the proposal passes, and one Metagood representative, for the 2 month extension of Season 1 (extended from November 1 through December 31, 2022).
